Gardener Visit Charges – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Charges : Upon booking a gardener service through our website, a basic visit charge of ₹599 is applicable. Elanters does not offer complimentary gardener visits.
2. Payment Terms : The visit charge of ₹599 is to be paid after the visit, and can be made via cash, UPI, or card.
3. Non-Refundable : The visit charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with additional services.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling : Customers must notify us at least 6 hours in advance for any rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of the visit charge.
5. Service Areas : Gardener visits are available only in designated service locations as specified on our platform.
